Yes, if the browser extension opens as a separate OS window. Panels or popups that Chrome extensions (and similar tools) open apart from the main browser can be pinned always on top from the tray.

However, some browsers impose their own minimum or maximum window sizes, so the window may not match the size you set. Even if you register min/max size in Stay On Top, browser-side limits can take precedence.

Windows 10 / Windows 11. The ZIP includes x64 and ARM64 (Windows on ARM) builds of StayOnTop.exe. After extracting, run the build that matches your CPU.

No elevation is required for everyday launch, pinning, or settings. There is no installer—unzip and run. Windows that belong to elevated apps may be out of reach due to OS restrictions.

Yes. While unlicensed, the app does not load config.txt at startup, so window registrations must be done each session (changes are still saved and apply after you register a license). Turning features on lasts up to 15 minutes before auto-off (tray notice at 14 minutes). Please verify the feel on your PC and target apps before purchasing.

Personal: register one PC ID at purchase (capacity 3, perpetual). For the purchaser and household family at home, up to 3 PCs. Capacity 3 is mainly a spare when the PC ID changes.

Site: blocks of 100 PCs (up to 1000), term or perpetual—for work, school, or org use. Quotes and rollout help are available on the purchase page or via reseller HOFT.

A PC ID may change after reinstalling Windows or similar. You can add the new ID to a remaining free slot, but you cannot replace or remove an already registered PC ID. If a personal license is full, purchase again. Use Add PC ID or Resend license as needed.

Besides always-on-top, you can register per pattern:

• Min size: enlarge windows that are too small
• Max size: keep windows from growing too large
• Move bounds: keep cursor-driven moves inside a region
• Initial position: restore a saved position when the window reappears

Use the size/region pickers for visual setup. If the target app or browser limits size itself, results may not match your settings (same caveat as extension windows above).

Yes. You can register multiple title patterns. When several are topmost, earlier lines in config.txt sit higher in Z-order. See recipe examples on the product page.

Both offer the trial. The official site provides personal and Enterprise ZIPs. The app is also listed on Vector. License purchase and .lic issuance run on the official buy page.

Same features as the personal ZIP, but the in-app license UI omits purchase-page guidance and buttons. Intended when procurement issues .lic on the web and end users only register the file. The personal ZIP also works with a site license.
