2. Scope
This Policy covers:
- Desktop apps, mobile apps, and browser extensions we develop and distribute
- conexsoft.fujigoma.com and related sites we operate
- Licensing, purchase, support, inquiries, and other related services
App stores, payment providers, hosting providers, and analytics providers also process information under their own privacy policies.
3. Definitions
“Personal information” means personal information as defined under Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other applicable laws. It includes information that can identify a specific individual, such as a name, email address, device identifier, or purchase record.
4. Categories of information
Depending on the Service, we may handle the categories below. Actual categories vary by product. We do not collect a category that a given product does not use.
4.1 Information you provide
- Name, email address, message body, and attachments when you contact us
- Email address, order details, and license identifiers needed for purchases and license issuance
- Diagnostic information, logs, or screenshots you choose to send
4.2 Information generated through use of the Services
- Device type, OS type and version, app version, and language settings
- Technical data needed for license verification or purchase confirmation (for example, a machine-identification hash or order ID)
- Website access logs such as time, referrer, approximate region, and browser type
- Crash or diagnostic reports, if a product collects them (disclosed in the product or on this site when applicable)
4.3 Content processed only on your device
In many products, camera video, file contents, password-protected documents, notes, study data, and similar content are processed on your device to provide the feature and are not sent to our servers. If a product transmits such content, that product’s UI, documentation, or store listing will say so.
4.4 What we do not do (as a rule)
- Sell or share third-party advertising tracking IDs for ad targeting
- Intentionally collect sensitive categories of information that are unnecessary to provide the Services
5. Purposes of use
We use information for:
- Providing the Services, issuing and verifying licenses, and enabling features
- Responding to inquiries, providing support, and addressing defects
- Performing purchases, refunds, billing, and related transactions
- Maintaining security, preventing abuse, and investigating outages
- Complying with law and handling disputes
- Improving the Services and this site (including aggregated or statistical information)
- Sending important notices when necessary
If we use personal information for any other purpose, we will disclose that purpose in advance and obtain any consent required by law.
6. On-device processing and transmission
Many of our apps are designed so that primary processing stays on your device. Information may be sent to our servers or a third party only when:
- You contact us, make a purchase, or complete a licensing step
- A product explicitly offers an online feature (update checks, license checks, cloud integration, and the like) and you use it
- You browse the website or submit a form
- You use standard update or diagnostic channels provided by an app store or OS (subject to those platform settings)

Under Japanese law, we handle personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the stated purposes. For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and other regions that require a stated legal basis, we process personal data when one of the following applies:
- Performance of a contract, or steps prior to entering a contract
- Your consent
- Our legitimate interests (such as providing and improving the Services, security, and fraud prevention), where those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests
- Compliance with a legal obligation
8. Sharing and processors
We do not sell or provide your personal information to third parties except:
- With your consent
- When required by law
- When we entrust processing to a vendor as needed to achieve the purposes of use (we supervise such vendors appropriately)
- In connection with a business succession
Depending on the Service, we may use providers such as:
- Payments: Stripe, BASE, and similar checkout platforms
- App stores: Apple App Store, Google Play, Chrome Web Store, and similar
- Hosting / CDN: Cloudflare and similar
- Website analytics: Google Analytics
- Communications infrastructure needed for email and forms
These providers may process information under their own purposes and privacy policies. Payment card details are generally handled directly by the payment provider and are not stored on our servers.
9. International transfers
To provide the Services, hosting, payment, analytics, and app-store providers may process information outside Japan. Where required, we take measures demanded by applicable law (such as appropriate contractual protections and notice to users).
10. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to achieve the purposes of use, or as required by law. When retention is no longer necessary, we delete or anonymize the information by reasonable means.
- Inquiry records: retained for a reasonable period after resolution, then deleted or anonymized
- Purchase and license records: retained as needed for transactions, support, and legal compliance
- Access logs: retained as needed for security and operations
- On-device data: remains on your device until you delete the app or use in-product deletion controls
11. Security
To prevent unauthorized access, loss, or damage to personal information, we take reasonable technical and organizational measures, such as access controls, encrypted communications (HTTPS / TLS), and operational privilege management. No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure.
12. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request:
- Access, correction, addition, or deletion
- Suspension of use or suspension of third-party provision
- Withdrawal of consent (where processing is based on consent)
Send requests through the contact form. We may ask for information to verify your identity. If we cannot fulfill a request under law, we will explain why.
Users in the EEA and similar regions may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in their country of residence.
13. Children
The Services are not directed to children (generally under 16 in Japan; elsewhere, the age defined by applicable law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we collected a child’s information by mistake, we will delete it promptly.

15. Purchases via app stores
If you obtain or buy an app through the App Store, Google Play, Chrome Web Store, or similar, billing, receipts, and refunds are handled by the store operator. We receive only what the store discloses to developers (for example, purchase status, order identifiers, and information needed for support). The store’s handling of personal information is governed by that store’s policies.
16. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect legal changes, Service changes, or operational needs. For material changes, we will post a notice on this page or use another appropriate method. The updated Policy takes effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the Services after an update may constitute acceptance of the revised Policy, except where applicable law requires a different process.
