Delivery method

Choose download or simple package delivery.

• Download

  Select Download as the delivery method at checkout.
  After payment confirmation, we email your download ID and password.

• Simple package

  Select Simple package at checkout.
  After payment confirmation, we ship via Kuroneko Yamato Mail Service.

Payment methods

You may pay using any of the following:

• Credit card (VISA, MASTER, Diners, JCB, AMERICAN EXPRESS)
• Bank transfer (Mizuho Bank, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Japan Net Bank)
• Convenience store payment (Lawson, Seicomart)
  Available stores may change for system reasons.
  Check the checkout screen for details.
• Postal transfer

Receipts

We can issue receipts and invoices on request.
Personal license purchases cannot use a company or trade name on the receipt addressee.

Licensing

Products are offered under two license types.
Please purchase the license that matches how you use the software.

• Personal license

  Licensed to an individual user.
  You may install on environments you use, up to five installations.
  Family members may use the software when the license holder manages the environment.

• Enterprise license

  Suited to companies, clubs, and other organizations — one enterprise license per organization.

  The software may be used for one specific organization to which the license holder belongs.
  If other members need direct use, consider individual personal licenses.

  Up to five installations, same as personal licenses.
  Sole proprietors may use a personal license depending on the environment.

  The same terms apply to full and trial versions; use requires agreement.
• Minor version upgrades are free for both license types.
  Minor upgrades change y.z in x.y.z (example: 2.7.0 → 2.8.0).
• Since Ver.2.8.0, license terms are clarified.
