Our recovery service is a last-resort option when:

• You still cannot open a file password
• Using tools yourself is too cumbersome
• You remember no password hints, so PasswordMaster is less effective — and similar cases

With standard protection algorithms, removal succeeds in theory 100% of the time.

For security reasons we offer this as a service rather than a standalone tool.

We generally do not accept requests from minors or for files created by someone other than the requester.

The Standard course uses our in-house resources, which keeps cost down. The High-speed course uses external resources to shorten recovery time significantly, which costs more than the Standard course.
