    That fee is understandable when agents actively find new tenants. But paying half a month's rent every two years just to renew a standard lease is painful.
    Our drafting service supports direct owner–tenant contracts from renewal onward.

  • Lease contract binding service

    Beyond drafting text, we can bind physical contract booklets for busy owners who lack time or confidence with printing and binding.

    Rent collection service (under review)

    CONEXSOFT would collect rent by bank debit and remit to owners.
    Individuals rarely set up tenant debits easily, yet automatic collection reduces late or missed payments and supports healthier rental management.
